Hunza Valley

Passu Cones
These mountains are famous for their sharp, pyramid like structure and are also known as Passu Cathedral. They stand at 6106 meters and dominate the backdrop of the peaceful Passu Village on the KKH. Passu Glacier
Located just south of the mighty Passu Cones, you can spot this glacier easily from the KKH. It stretches over 1.5 sq km and is connected to the massive Batura Glacier behind it. You can trek from Borith Lake for 1-2 hours to get closer to this impressive ice mass.
Batura Glacier
This is the neighboring glacier to Passu Glacier and is incredibly important. It is the longest and largest glacier outside the polar regions and the third largest in all of Pakistan. Stretching for almost 57 km, it sits at the base of the Batura and Passu Peaks.
